In February 2024, NEES Consulting was acquired by Primary Engineering and Construction.
Our team will provide the same excellent service that clients have come to expect from our firm. We are bringing our years of experience to bolster Primary’s capacity and expertise in substation and switching station designs. This acquisition further solidifies Primary’s position as a premier electric utility service provider in/across Canada.
The NEES team will integrate into Primary under the leadership of Primary’s Vice President of Power Systems, Vlad Bendasyuk, to ensure a smooth transition and seamless deployment of collaborative services. NEES Consulting founder Brad Nielsen will continue to lend his expertise and guidance, further building upon his legacy.
