Curtis Hermanson, Journeyman Electrician
Mr. Curtis Hermanson is a Journeyman Electrician. He received his education through SIAST Palliser in Moose Jaw. He has 14 years of experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial projects. He started his design career with PWA Engineering doing commercial design. Then he moved to Hinz Automation where he spent 11 years in the Substation/Switching Station design group. He remained there as the company transitioned to Rutter-Hinz and then to Rockwell Automation. While there he was involved in the detailed design and construction support of Transmission Switching Stations and Distribution substations. As well as industrial power distribution and MCC design.
In 2016, Curtis began working with NEES Consulting as a Sr. Electrical Designer. He has recently completed the detailed electrical design for the SaskPower Island Falls switching station.
Curtis is an avid motocross racer and has been President of the Saskatoon Track N Trail Motorcycle club for the past 5 years.
