Wendy Nielsen, Vice President
Trained as a Registered Nurse, Wendy spent 15 years working in various medical/surgical/critical care fields within the hospital setting. For an additional 10 years, she worked for Home Care and an Underwriting Company in Saskatoon.
She left nursing to pursue her own business ventures, which included owner-operator of diversified livestock as well as owner-manager of rental housing.
Since 2006, she has been Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for NEES Consulting. Wendy is responsible for all administrative duties including invoicing, preparation of monthly accruals, preparation of monthly invoice summaries, accounts payable and receivable, timesheet and expense tracking, research, finance, and bookkeeping.
Wendy is in her second term as an active officer in the Animal Ethics Research Board at the University of Saskatchewan.
In her spare time, she loves to take care of her yard, go camping, sew and complete various crafts. Her spare time is very limited these days, as she has recently become a Grandmother.
